The workshops are specifically designed for marketing professionals and the general business community. The content is not technical in nature, but is designed to be utilized by anyone with a general business background. Students may attend all four or any separate workshop.

Session 1: Introduction to Online Marketing
Attendees will learn how to identify the components of an effective Web site, measure the success of their Web sites, significantly boost traffic to their Web sites, and keep Web site content fresh. Best of all, they will learn how to do it on a small budget and with NO technical expertise.
Session 2: Driving Traffic to Your Web Site
The second workshop will be divided into four 30 minute segments which will address search engine submission/improving search engine rankings, creating compelling content, effective online advertising strategies, and ideas for blending online marketing initiatives with traditional marketing activities.
Session 3: Get the Word Out…
Workshop three will focus on conceptualizing, writing, and distributing an online newsletter.
Session 4: Search Engines Unveiled!
Workshop four uncovers the common myths about major search engines. Attendees will discover how to submit their site, impact their ranking, determine how major search engines rank their Web site, and use these rankings to their advantage.
